Handmade with care
All our products are handmade and made to order with great care and attention. For this reason, we prefer not to accept returns. We kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully and to contact us if you have any questions before placing your order. We are always happy to help you make the right choice.
You have 8 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that most items are made to order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us first at info@sabinestaartjes.com. Once your return is approved, you can send the item back. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

We do not issue cash refunds. Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item, which can be used in our webshop or shop in Amsterdam
